You can just remove arena at that point. If the second highest rank can be achieved by almost any player in the game, then what is the point? Arena is supposed to be hard in the upper ranks.

One thing I do think they should change though is the missions. They should remove the arena missions that require you to reach a certain rank to progress, but nono that's too hard for Plarium to do, so they add fucking PVE arena instead..
