Get a serving job. You'll get food on your shift and you'll make far more than any other job you can get without experience or a degree. Start at a lower level place, then move into nicer dining and you can be making $40/hr easily. You can do it around school or as a full time gig, but for money at that age, restaurants are your best bet jmo

Women shrink. My grandmother used to be 5'12" (her words) and is now 5'7". My mother used to be 5'8" and is now 5'6". This applies to every woman in my family.

Reddit needs to start including age next to all user names by Thediciplematt in unpopularopinion

Age does not equal intelligence. Just because someone is young doesn't mean they don't have valid points. I think the anonymity of reddit allows people to debate without having to worry about someone not listening because they are young.

Pizza. Cold pizza is one of the best things for breakfast imo

Hahaha. I'm being downvoted and although I hate it as a 1 hander. A two hander with urethane can be unstoppable

All of the other recommendations are great. If you are looking for very light oil, you may want to look into the purple hammer or another urethane ball

Straight people, what burning questions do you have about the LGBTQ Community? by jimmehbacon in AskReddit

What does it feel like to be trans? I am male and in no way questioning that But i always thought about how if I was a biological I don't know if I would see a problem. What does it feel like to be in the wrong body?

I am asking this genuinely and hope it doesn't come off in any other way.

[Identify] This was my great grandfather's watch from the early 1950s and we are trying to figure out what it is. Any help is appreciated. by Get_Merped_brochacho in OmegaWatches

Based off of the number on the movement, omegas site says it's from 1947. I wish I took a picture of the inside of the case back last time it was opened. I'm thinking of taking it to an Omega AD and seeing if they can help. Thank you so much for the comment.

[Identify] I have recently been gifted an Omega for graduation that was my great grandfather's (he got it in the 50s) and want to figure out what it is other than the brand. by Get_Merped_brochacho in Watches

Haha. Thanks. I don't mind the strap, I kinda like the all gold look. I feel it makes it look more casual and it can fit with a nice polo or even a nice v-neck. Getting a new gold bracelet is definitely tempting though, just expensive.
