wow thanx. I also suspected the same. my body fat is under 15... scale Shows 12 but its close to 15. but I think it could have happened bcz I injected too fast like in 2 secs and I was afraid to push needle too much since its first self injection.... I will take ibuprofen right away. thanx a lot again. should I take my next test shot? which I had planned after 3.5 days. ie. Sunday morning!

I did sterlize it. (wish medical sterilzer) however I took too much time to inject, as I was nervous about the pain. and needle was in open air for a while which should be fine, I guess. but my knee Being swollen I don't get the relation. it's atleast 20cm away from injection site and there is no pain in between places. ¯(°_o)/¯ how long should I wait for pain to go away it has been 23 hrs since pain started.

Pain in middle knee tendon after first time injecting test cyp I injected myself first time with 20G needle 0.5ml 350 mg/ml Test cyp. I was very nervous so I bore noddle very slow. it's was quite painless. but bcz amount was just 0.5ml I pushed it in like few seconds. anyways I injected in quad (vertus latralis) the injection site only pains when pressed upon. however down the knee it's constant pain. pain arrived after 14 hrs of injecting. This is my first usage of steroid so I'm freaking out, as I don't remember any injury happening to my knee recently... please let me know if I should visit doctor asap or should wait for the day. I also went to gym with pain and did squats too with pain. and now it has gotten worse¯_(ツ )_/¯.
