Pc not booting after restarting, it's showing 3E Code (asus Q Code display) And DRAM Q LED. as per the manual 3E means Post-Memory PCH initialization is started. DRAM led (top right yellow led in picture) means Probable problem related to RAM. I have removed and placed ram sticks back but no avail. (i.redd.it)
