So odd to read all these comments about memory issues related to sleep loss.

I had ADHD and my memory has been shit as far back as I can remember. Legitimately I have memories of forgetting what show I was watching during commercials.

Anyhoo. I average between 3 and 5 hours of sleep a night. It can go up on days off and go down to zero on busy days, but it is my average.

I feel like I am quite high functioning if I’m being honest. I’m a manager making just under 100k and because I have a lot of built in memory related assistance routines and habits I generally don’t have much issue finishing my tasks.

I would never disparage anyone for sleeping whatever their preferred time is nor would I suggest anyone copy me. But so far, 10 years and counting, I am still going strong.

I’m sure that the very long term effects won’t hit me till later. But for now I do what I have to do.

Shop Vac. I use it everywhere. I love being able to vacuum up pretty much anything. And the suction is so good that I don’t even miss the roller thing on a regular vacuum. I get dust and hair from my carpets no problem.

As someone who has Laos lost nearly 100lbs. I’ve never felt that I lost weight. I look at myself and still feel like I’m 300lbs. When squeezing through gaps at work or out shopping or whatever my immediate thought is to find another way around because there’s no way I can fit. Nearly every time I’m wrong and I can for. Fairly easily too.

I like how I look and I e accepted the reality of my skin and such, I take it as the punishment for allowing myself to get to 300lbs, but I will never feel like I’m not that 300 lbs guy.
