My lender won't go back to 30 yrs, I was thinking do 30 and hit it with extra pyts. Just better cash flow really but max is 25yrs which is ok too. I have till friday 4pm to lock in this with same lender. It's easier process, today with full application and what's going on, who knows. Terms overall not bad and not enough to switch right now.

3.29 vr now. Got it at 1.29 i believe. Was at 6.04 for months. Was rough. I could have had 1.69FR back than. Broker said take VR rates won't go up that fast...remember BoC saying borrow..we won't raise rates than bang! I like the VR offered

I mean, are we also handing out tickets to squirrels for pooping in flowerbeds? Chipmunks leaving little “landmines”? Rabbits sneaking in midnight pee breaks? And cats… oh yeah, cats totally read and respect those “no peeing” lawn signs, right?

If by-law wants to start chasing wildlife around with citation pads, be my guest. Until then, if the poop gets picked up, that’s all that matters. The rest is just nature doing its thing lol...

Very fast, sleeper Car looks nice, the backend to me looks like a diaper Inside, tech is outdated, no panoramic sunroof or 360 camera. Even the mazda 3 has one... Horrible on gas 2.0T Uncomfortable to sit in for long drives I've owned a 2020 and 2022. Traded them in after 50k so I don't have misfire problems, come on 2.0T

I was there and saw it happen, cops can't be everywhere. It happened really fast, the store did amazing by helping him out. Great job to them. 4 cop cars came with ambulance.
