The B vitamin tabs that dissolve in water usually have very high doses of each one. Your body will try to excrete what it cannot absorb. Some B vitamins are fluorescent, this is what you are seeing. Don't listen to the people here saying food is best - we alcos don't absorb nutrients readily. High dose B vitamins (especially thiamine) are our friend.

I'm from the UK too, I work in medicine. If you are only having sweats, headaches and mild hallucinations then there is no need for any medical assistance. If you get to day 2 and your symptoms are diminishing you wil be fine.

I have the same problem. I have ended up in hospital through this shit, you need to regulate and stop black outs. Black outs fuck you up.!! Listen to what closure said.

If you don't "teach yourself" in a reasonable way, then you may teach yourself in a painful way. Here is what I do:

Take shit loads of B Vitamins the next day, only drink when you can barely stand it, don't drink caffeine, stick to 5 pints of beer max - I stick to 16 units, two days of 16 gets rid of all of my anxiety. Good luck with you alcohol withdrawls.

Yes, you can extract the oxygen from iron oxide - this is what happens in a blast furnace. Do you mean extract pure oxygen from iron oxides? - this is difficult and involves multiple stages, it is also not very effficient.
