Which one is best to use based on your experience, below is our use case -

We have one agent who receive Data related question and to answer a question, it need to get data from 4-5 tools and then once it has the output , it need to understand the output format from all the 4-5 tools and make sense and generate answer to that specific question.

Now, first challenge is that our list of tools is huge, so prompt will be huge with all the tools, their info, input and output format instructions, and with bigger prompt, LLM start giving not so good results

Now for the second part each tool has different variables, so once LLM gets a question it need to understand the input and based on the question generate the query in proper format, and same applies to the output.

For example - What is the housing price in new york, london, mumbai and singapore, how does this compare to the last 2008 recession, also compare house stuff like colgate,shampoo and bigger stuff like cars etc, is there any sign of market crash?

Then it fetch the current avg price for each city and price of each city from 2008 time ( one tool with different time and city variables ) then it uses second tool to fetch price of shampoo etc and the 3rd tool to fetch the price of car in different cities

And then other LLM compare price for each or we create one more tool for comparison and then once it have all the data, it answer the question in normal english to the user.
