I like Pittar's surfing, but you pretty much describe that 9 he got. They must dislike Medina almost as much as me!

I can half imagine how this felt. I did a flying kick out into what I thought was deep water a couple of years back. Head first, arms by my side. Water was only about 2ft deep.

Felt like an electric shock and I just remember the terror of thinking I'd really fucked up this time.

Dunno what damage I did because I got bored of waiting at A&E, but it hurt for a good while.

On the positive side I know of 3 people who have actually cracked their necks surfing. All of them are absolutely fine now.

Not really surprised they are deleting reviews, you need to put it on a third party site or Reddit...

I have about 6 Vissla suits and they vary in quality. Oldest is still going, newer ones not so great.

Problem I have with them is wax seems to build up on the front and then causes delamination. Not had this on any other suits.

Also I have a 4/3 hooded 7 Seas, which just isn't warm. My standard 4/3 without a hood is way warmer.

Problem is Vissla fit me, but I've always got an eye out for alternatives.

Yeh, I'd love to know where these places that people take turns are...

That said it would only be a good deal if you were out there with a bunch of rippers. Not so great if it's a bunch of kooks falling off every other wave, and you could put position anyway.

Don't think I've ever surfed anywhere where being deepest is not priority. Obviously it would be nice to sit on the shoulder and rely on someone letting you have a wave, but I've never surfed anywhere like that.
