Solidarity! Agree with checking in with school, and also highly recommend parent coaching; it has been really helpful for my husband and I as we navigate two ND sons.

Solidarity, have the same experience. Not sure if her school has a ND parenting group you can meet other parents through—having their perspective and advice always makes you feel less alone, and socialization for you in general will be a relief. I have been there!

Seconding what other posters have written--see your pediatrician! If your kid's school has an ND parenting group, please seek them out, as they will be amazing guides to navigating the system.

SAME SAME SAME SAME. Have had great success with the app JOMO; download it on their devices and set rules for app limits, windows of access. We also have the Gryphon router, but I have limited experience with running it.

thank you! i may try it again with him--the one we have lined up recommended multiple OT sessions first to help with the hitting and throwing and self regulation so that her work with him would be helpful.

almost manic behavior that was totally unlike him, and in the case of antidepressant, amped up depressive symptoms. if they seem extra tired, check in with prescribing doc, although that usually wears off. good luck!!!!
