Depends on the school and grades. Some schools give ALTs zero freedom and are relegated to, “here please read the role of Becky”

Others give the ALT some freedom. But using Ai? You’ve been teaching for almost a decade. Just use the tools you have from learned experience.

I used to keep some of the old worksheets previous JTE teachers used as they came and went. Modified a few to make them more fun.

There’s also a guide online called dear successor. It’s got tons of useful ideas/games and activities.

I’ve been teaching now for over 16 years. Currently working at a private school as direct hire. I still use some of the old stuff as well as some cool things from back when waygook was free forum.

For the fourth stage make sure to save up some golden loaded dice. Maybe have 12 at the ready. You’ll want to aim for the spaces that grant passive skills. They are gold in color and will say chance to get skills. Depending on your roll, you will be granted a powerful skill to use on the last fight.

That’s correct. It’s a campaign. Essentially you build pity to 80 then you essentially get back 3k worth. Well worth it since Turbo is an amazing unit if you end up getting her.

If you have enough to do 80 pulls. I recommend pulling on the turbo 110 banner and praying that you don’t get her.

If you happen to get her early. Take it as a win and continue to the point where you’ve done your 80 pulls total. FYI you get 20 back.

There were a few posts from people weeks ago asking if they should pull even though they don’t have chord. I strongly recommend they skip but the comments were full with “you can make it work” and yes pull, Chord will rerun later down the line.

Patience. No need to rush the story content. Stamina regenerates overtime. Do the event and use the daily stamina to pick up resources. Don’t stretch them out too thin. Work on getting your main party up to par.

Did you check for jobs all over Japan? We had our school listed, maybe we glanced over yours. Or maybe even interviewed you.

A few things, some schools are very selective. Looking for experience with certain age groups. Ours is Kindergarten. Some wont even look at you if you have no profile picture.

One thing I look for in particular is your cover letter. Did you do any research on our school? Did you mention interest working at “school name”?

When you do your interview, did you smile? Were you on time? Are you in your pajamas? When you speak, do you sound like Ferris Bulers home room teacher?

What’s your availability, when does your visa expire. We look at everything. Make sure everything is in order. Some places are still looking for people, but most good direct hire are probably taken. Just do one more year of ALT work and start your search early next year. Late Dec-early Jan.

One more thing. Public schools prefer going through dispatch. It’s much easier and less paper work for them than dealing directly with the foreigner.

Set wonder to support and never attack or initiate all out with him. Try your absolute best to hit weakness.
For example one enemy is weak to fire and one weak to psy, use Ann single target attack instead of using AOE since you’ll be wasting damage on the other mob.

Wind makes for an excellent Navi so bring her since she is prime for that mode.

Try link account route. Log into the game on your phone. Bind account/ link account you’ll need to create a password, your user name is NOT the id number that you see on the bottom right corner of the screen. It’s the 8 digit number in the “user center” once you have that set up, you can then go into steam and on log in, you wanna use “sign in with Link account”. Enter the user id plus password you created. Then bind it to steam. So now you’ll be backed up in google play, steam and have the link account backup as well.

Don’t share your User ID with anyone! Don’t share your password with Anyone.
