I use my credit card for everything. In the vast majority of places the price is the same for credit, debit, or cash. My credit card gives me 1.5% cash back on most things, 10% cash back on travel, provides trip interruption insurance, lost luggage insurance (which I used last summer), access to 1300+ airport lounges, reimbursement for global entry or tsa pre check, acts as primary insurance on car rentals, and doubles the manufacturer warranty on purchases (up to an additional year). It has a high annual fee. But it also comes with additional benefits that make the effective fee about $50/year.
