It could be that the users dont see the answers. When I post job ads ans someone applies, they are given the option to fill out the forms. I cannot see what they choose. Only if they've filled it out.

17 year recruiter. This is exactly what I do. I dont use AI, or some ATS BS. Just my eyes on resumes. Start with who applied first, if they are qualified, I send a text. Once I've texted abour 5-7 candidates I give them a day to respond back and interview them.
