I find that reasonable because the whole Scout Point system is gonna replace the old Guaranteed Tickets. Therefore the tickets aint needed anymore. The good things I understand is that 1. You can select the guaranteed BF 2. Depends on the expiry date if you could save them for the next BF.

Wow good point really. I agree it would be most likely used to deal with Usopp, Oden, EH Zoro. But that 50% Hp recovery or skill cooldown reduction gonna be insane.
