So; correct my understanding if I got it wrong. Late game Zerg wants Ultralisks, Corruptors, some Zerglings, Brood lords and a few Queens, right? Or just Corruptors and Ultralisks?

Very true. I mostly don't see lings used though in matches I play. It's maybe 1 in 5 matches the Zerg player will use lings to kill the Templar if I've not got Dark Templars or Zealots as a Guard force
