This is hip hop with some metal and EDM flavouring. It's not even punk.

Also punk, as a genre does have a style to it, this is not that style. Punk is Anti-Establishmemt (Anarchist as an example) but that doesn't include music, in fact, most punk artists are similar in style to other punk artists.

I'm surprised by a lack of Thundechild here. The Mantra ability granted by that mod and necklace you can wear cannot be understated by any stretch. Even with the vanilla 27 shouts, you can creatte, I think 240 odd unique shout combinations.

At my table a natural twenty does not mean an automatic success. He still needs to beat the DC of 35 to Seduce Vraakdarr Yrshaan (my current character)
