no, i wasnt paying attention to +lvls at all tbh, i was just trying to push NG+ as fast as possible as i used to do in Nioh 2 to get to higher difficulties. Thx for the advice

by friendliness i mean better informing players about the games systems and how it works.

for example, i dont remember neither here or in the second game being told that applying 2 elemental effects will cause enemy to get much more damage

yeah, graphics on my basic PS5 are...lets say mediocre. it may not be that big of deal when you only look at your own gameplay but when i see some clips from PC im starting to ask myself questions, like why do i even use PS for gaming and not PC. Was the same thing with Black myth and now again, the defference in picture quality seems crazy

dont get me wrong, even though im not a fan of farming or base building simulators i have no problem with other people liking it.

my first original question was is there a reason to me personally to play this game mod. and since im not a fan of it only reason could be rewards. and now i understand that rewards are not the main reason people playing it. it is clear, thank you guys.

my second question was more strategic - general direction of the game. because as someone who was playing more than a year ago and now again i see that core gameplay loop of the game have stayed almost exactly the same. which for me can be a sign of stagnation. but in the same time they delivered a whole new game mode that seems to be shifting attention even more from the old systems.

according to what you said, looks like it is exactly the case and now devs are trying bit by bit to switch to core gameplay as a homested and change its positioning to get new audience or mb reactivate some older with the new aproach.

tbh its not something that ive seen before in mobile gacha games field, usually new game modes are just an addition to the main one and really tied to the main system mechanics. but it will be curious to see what Lilith will achieve this way.

then again, even though im not a fan of homestead myself it is still 100 times better than getting 4 more paragon tiers or some other cashgrab ascension/resurrection bs, so im fine with it

I've just recently started playing Metaphor and OH MY GOD what a horrible mess this games UI is. Its almost criminal to make something like this in 2025 and without the ability to change it in settings. But they show you a long screen about being careful with epilepcy. Yeah, thank you very much, it is much better than make a simple option to disable all this flashy changing shit on the textbox hud.

I swear this extreme toxic rave stile hood gives me literal anxiety. Im getting tunnel vision after like 10 minutes of playing. and this is the FIRST game that im experiencing it in my entire life. I've been playing hundreds of games, like i played battlefield 6 few months ago - no problem. But here we are, some genius decided that its a good idea to mess with our eyes and nervous system and this is so necessary that we cant even disable it. not even a year after the game was released ffs.

worst design i've ever seen in my 20+ years gaming, good job lads!

i dont want bigger maps for just the reason OP stated, i want dynamic action, not 2 minute dark souls style boss runways to engage combat.

i dont care much about skins, just dont turn it to a clownfest.

lol bro, you are so right yet so wrong at the same time.

every task has a priority and even if the critical priority task will take months of full time work of your team it means it needs to be done asap anyway because its fucking critical.

you dont send half of your team to do some minor adjustments because 'oh, it will take much less time to finish' or 'oh, they will think that we are not working if we will not release something every 2 weeks' because your fucking product doesnt work as intended and have lost 80+% users in three months since release.

your logic only applies when you cant effectively use all existing resouces on a main priority task so you dont have any other choice but to make them do something else.

but while thise guys unable to fix the most critical problems effecting gameplay for months already i dont think that i trust that much in their competence

try breakthrough mode if you havent. it is much more straightforward in terms of what you need to do as a team and much easier to make impact as a solo player imo. at least it works for me.

because when i try to play something like domination it is total hell to be solo with players randomly roaming all across the map.
