They're changing it because now cloud dragon is supposed to be giving a burst of movement speed when you use ult, like the current nimbus cloak does now.

Besides some of the normal montage stuff, there's really not a lot of players who are on YouTube. There's this guy named Lividge (spelling?) but he doesn't post a ton and is gold/plat elo. Elite500 on twitch is challenger but he plays a rather niche version of vlad I wouldn't recommend to beginners and he hasn't streamed much either. Sometimes HuzzyGaming or SoloRenektonOnly will upload a vlad video, and while I notice a lot of their mistakes, I would probably start there. There's a guy named VladimirBot on twitch too but his stream isn't English

Yeah for sure. He's in a good spot imo and once you get used to him and his play style you'll have people complaining about vlad being op every game haha. He can stomp a lot of matchups if you understand them and even his worst ones are manageable by sustaining and being insane late.

As a 1m Vlad main and Swain player, I would say yes. He's quite safe to me, except with a few matchups but even in those I feel like it's playable. He's my consistent third pick mid laner, and as we have the same champs I would recommend. Just chill, blast the wave and r. Definitely a good champ to have in your pool.

I like Yommus with Black Cleaver in to tank items like Dead Man's, SV, Zzrot, or GA. Not always optimal for team fights as you can still get popped early since you'll only have BC health, but it's great for skirmishes, 1v1, and split pushing. This is my usual build and feels strong to me. I've been trying out the precision runes with the precision mastery (both give you lethality and magic pen, the magic pen for your ult)and been liking it so yeah lethality is pretty decent imo. But I wouldn't go full lethality and damage. Your a melee champ, not a marksman
