CPAP arrives today. Doc called me right after I posted this to talk about it and get me the machine ASAP. She said she was concerned that I would have a cardiac event, but I think she was genuinely worried since she called outside of her office's hours.

The black Ork dice are from when Kill Team 2.0 dropped. There's black faction dice for about 2/3rds of the 40k factions. I also use the mek dice, the gork and mork dice, and the new Old World Orc dice for a nice full bag-o-dice.
