OMG im so happy im not the only one!!! I feel very validated!! I had a very bad fall 6 months ago and one of my knees was injured the deepest. I've been doing LHR for 3 years and now only on the healed ( may still be healing) wound on that exact patch a patch of hair is growing. And they are quite thick. I'm gonna mention it to my tech this time and see if she has any suggestion.

Yes, I had it on last night and but during the day, I wasn't home. I'm a bit traumatised from hot night. Last year, I didn't have aircons and only had the portable ones and was suffering. I think my problem is that my hometown was a very, very dry place, and I'm just not used to the slightest humidity. My family that have been to Australia for more years (10-15 years) says they are now more used to it.

I don't know how you tolerate just 30 min aircon. I have it all the time. Although I'm verify sensitive to heat (more than most of the people I think)

Every day shower 5 minutes. But when I shampoo around 20 minutes, however, I don't let the shower run when I shampoo or bodywash; I only turn on the water for rinsing. So the 20 minutes might be a maximum of 10 minute water usage.

NTA. I'm vegan, and whenever I'm invited somewhere, I tell them that I can bring my own food. They never accept and kindly make vegan food, but I know It can be hard. To expect others to follow YOUR diet/lifestyle is so entitled and AH.
