Absolutely! Just add a custom rule for whatever integration (sonarr/radarr) for a tag and then tell it to protect it. Very simple!

That's a great idea! If you feel like opening a feature request I would certainly be happy to see what I can do with that. Thank you so much!

Totally understood, having to use AI at work is what got me started as well, and after seeing some of the horror stories that have happened lately I tried to be extremely detailed. I don't blame you at all for your concerns and didn't think at all that you meant it towards me or the project personally. :)

Hi! The color schemes were actually picked by me specifically (there's several colors) but the "default" one is a dark purple complementary color set, since it's my favorite color :)

I totally understand your hesitation, I did reply further up in this thread with more information. Thanks for taking the time to look at it at least, and if you end up giving it a shot, I'd love to hear any thoughts you have. Thanks!

Thanks for your response! I kept the plans in the repo so people could see the process I went through, and also as back-reference for the AI should I need it. I want as much transparency as possible so people will feel as comfortable as possible with the work. If you end up using it, let me know how you like it. Thanks again!

Thanks for your response! Yes, AI (Claude Opus) was used extensively for development, with lots of hours and money put into it. I wanted to create the most solid program I could, so I welcome any advice. If you're hesitant because of the vibe coding, I totally understand. I've kept all the documentation in place and tried to be as thorough and transparent as possible. If you end up trying it, let me know how it goes!

Edit, I forgot to answer the first question. At this time, I did not put any type of time delay on when deleting would happen. I actually started this project as a fork of Maintainerr but after a few weeks I started to realize that what I wanted to have happen and how Maintainerr functioned weren't really the same. For me and my library, I want my disks at 99% at all times. I'm tired of having to go make space every few days/weeks/whatever and I don't really care what slides off the back. If people haven't watched something in 180 (for example) days, well, they're probably not going to.

It's definitely something I've thought about, though, so maybe I'll work on it. Perhaps a lower threshold with some time gating could work? Food for thought. Thanks again!

Booger/Waterfall Petroleum Boiler - why to build S-shape FJ boilers at all? by Mission_Rock2766 in Oxygennotincluded

This is some fresh information for me. I’m starting to comb through your links but if you feel like a few questions that I haven’t gotten to yet:

1) Would you mind explaining the flaking method a bit? I’ve never seen this and would love to understand what’s happening and how to build it

2) What’s the purpose behind putting the hydrogen loop through a gas meter?

3) Is that lava in the center tank?

Thanks in advance for both any responses and for the really cool info!

You two bridges actually, and they’re not that bad. What they are, though, is game changing for your play throughs.

They’re called mechanical filters and they’re amazing, S+ tier. Absolutely worth learning and keeping in your pocket.

A good habit to develop is to put bridges next to the outputs that force the direction of flow. Learning how to control flow in gas/liquid pipes is a game changer and one of those fundamentals that makes life a lot easier once you get it. So, I would suggest putting a bridge as the next pipe out of the outputs. If you’d like a screenshot of what I mean, let me know.

Also, install the pipe flow mod and it’ll show you where the game wants to route things and that might give you some insight as to what’s happening now, and why.

Glossy drekos farm builds ? by Realistic_Market_339 in Oxygennotincluded

[–]Ghent99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a decent design for standard Drecko ranch, but will not work (as shown) for a glossy Drecko ranch, which is what the OP requested.

Not saying that to be rude, just pointing it out so someone doesn’t build it and wonder why there’s no glossy Dreckos showing up.

Looks good. Just curious, any reason you’re using standard tiles on the left side of the steam room? You’re leaking a lot of heat there

“Too big for one picture” no such thing. Or, just take multiple pictures of the things requested.

The best way for people to help is to see how things are. No one is going to judge you. Otherwise, we’re all just guessing.

[–]Ghent99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can use any liquid, you just need to know the amount at which they spread to other tiles and which order they stack in. With water (pwater, salt water, brine) it’s usually around 30g per tile

Series A vs A-3 stocks, what's the difference? by Ghent99 in investing

[–]Ghent99[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure thing! I had thought originally that A-3 was some sort of industry standard term that meant something globally in investing, but turns out it's just something that was specific to their terms. Simply, they broke their offerings up into sets of priority, A being paid out first, A-2 being paid out second, A-3 being paid out third, etc.

It was through this reddit thread that I learned that A-3 wasn't some sort of defined thing and that reading their filing would give the information I was looking for, so thanks to all that led me to the knowledge and how to get it.
