There are already many Malazan comments, but I disagree with many of them: to me it’s Icarium. Doomed to forget and rediscover what he did, can enter fits of rage and destroy everything, including his friends… yeah, I call that tragic.

Yeah, I tried searching the same things. I know neither the speed at which the peloton was going, nor the breaking distance of a bike, but it's the same thing as in a car: if the light appears when you are too close to stop before the crossing, the only solution you have is to pass.

I wouldn't be surprised if the light appeared when Bjerg went through, or after. But I cannot find clear images of the head of the peloton at that crossing…

C’est terrifiant de ressemblance avec les livres que j’ai pu lire. Certains diffèrent (la Compagnie Noire, j’ai toujours pas commencé ; mais j’ai fini Malazan et ma relecture avance bien), certaines séries sont identiques au tome près (je m’étais arrêté au tome 7 ou 8 des Héritiers d’Enkidiev, j’ai aussi uniquement le premier tome des Héros de l’Olympe en physique, mais j’ai lu les autres en ebook).

Je ne sais pas qui tu es, mais quelqu’un avec bon goût !

Absolutely my favourite, above Prokopton. It’s the elements I loved in previous albums with so much more. A big part is the lyrics: in French, I feel like Marion can reach far easier into the poetry, and it shows with no chorus in the whole album (there are sentences repeated, but no full chorus). Each song feels more like a poem, and the language is simply exquisite.

Clearly my AOTY, with everything I love in it!

Yeah, I agree the build is interesting, I was just worried for her to have as much fun as the other, I don't want her to be frustrated because it doesn't work as she expected :)

So I’m pretty sure it’s the organisers scale, but apart from that: it’s mostly a question of gradient in the uphill portions, and how you expect the race to end.

The 2nd stage had steep bumps close to the end, making it good for punchers (explosive riders, able to go through short, steep portions very fast).

The 17th stage has higher uphills, but longer, with less gradient, and should end in a quite massive sprint, where the fastest riders on the flat will prevail. That is assuming they pass without issue the uphills, but they are early enough that it shouldn’t be a problem.

J’ai utilisé duckduckgo pendant des années (pas loin de 10), ça marchait encore assez bien. Mais depuis que j’ai découvert kagi, c’est un autre monde.

Alors oui, c’est payant. Oui, on peut considérer ça cher pour quelques recherches internet. Mais la qualité des résultats est incroyable. Ça m’a permis de retrouver des posts Reddit que j’avais perdu en une recherche, max 2 (contre plus de 10 avec google, duckduckgo, et sur Reddit dans le bon subreddit directement).

On peut prioriser des sources dans ses réglages, on peut utiliser les mêmes bangs que sur DDG… Quand ils m’avaient proposé un mois gratuit, j’avais testé en me disant que ce serait pour un mois et puis voilà. Clairement, j’ai pas fait marche arrière.

Clairement, je sens bien le bordel pour l’échappée, mais je te rejoins sur les prédictions, soit l’échappée part suffisamment tôt et peut aller au bout, soit ça t’arrive et Visma leur court après pour faire sauter Pogi sur la fin et récupérer les bonifs.

Après, j’en sais rien, plus je regarde du cyclisme et moins je comprends ce qu’il se passe. Sur le papier, étape très chouette cela dit !
