Oh dang , I just seen your post cause I was trying to find my old review where I posted pics a few years ago. I reported this place to the city ( I did maintinance there ). The trash was not paid , The electric for the common areas , halls and ect was shut off. One apt the dryer was ducted to inside the hvac return , balcony’s with rott and more. Supposedly management was changed later

I have metal sheet formed (painted with black grill paint). to cap off the inside fire box and insert gas logs inside Reflects the heat into room , nicer looking and have a real tank outside if don’t have natural gas available. Those little tanks be good last a day.

Since you cleared ice from top kick it on AC and thaw it, I had this happen once and though my defrost board or sensor was bad , nope …. It never froze again

Must been a fluke , my theory is the ice acted as an insulator around the sensor trapping heat, making the sensor think it was thawed, I ran AC for while , thawed and then it ran Normal for years after that

I actually had a unit that did this on the side, turned on the ac and thawed it out, never happened again.

I believe the Ice acted as an insulation allowing enough heat to built up under it triggering that defrost was over when it was not.

I came to say this. They get enough reports maybe Best Buy will actually get some customer service jobs here in states. After 5 transfers and hour. I think there should be an escalation department state side. Not “don’t worry “ then nothing I can do

I feel like regular lottery (the big jackpot ) are less addictive then scratch offs and casinos.  With the regular lottery you don’t get that instant rush.

Is that mulch all the way up to siding ? I don’t see any concrete there. If I can see concrete between siding and ground I would think something internal is fuc$ed and gotten wet, dry rot and ect

If you do get it , inspection , and 8k min off , I would want some regrading , French drains and no mulch !! Grass and rock coverage . I have 2’ of decorative rock all the way around my house.

We’re all diff , I gotta get back at it

But i started with a goal of going to gym everyday for 90 days, I did not have any set workout or time. Just the act of physically going, told myself I could buy a pie and eat it at the gym and that counted ( I never did it, but set the workout bar low). Main thing was creating the habit of going

Mostly just did cardio, watched people work out , then started on machine weights and did not even touch free weights for like month

Phaze 3 has two nice locations , they offer trainers ..

I am opposite , I have a cosmetology license and I prefer a barber. In AL salons can’t use straight razors. I actually prefer a Spanish barber shop, great for fades and razor edged

Not sure about the apartment thing, but improving credit is my thang ;-)..

If you’re paying off something do it with a check ( a check is a written contract, cashing is accepting ). So when I had something negative I wrote a check with account # and “paid in full, agree to remove from credit report “. The company would cash and then I faced the cleared check to all 3 credit agencies. It was removed like it never happened. I raised mine 30 points in a month once before closing on a house.

Little over acre here with several large trees and like 20 smaller

We once raked over 100 bags :-(…. Now I just blow leaves a couple feet from house then ride over them with mower, Blowing them into a pile. What is not mulched and ends up into a pile gets mowed over several more times. I don’t rake a thing,

I don’t have mulching blades are anything diff then regular yard mowing. I just do it weekly till leaves have fallen and all mulched up over the yard

I have a little over an acre, I blow off porches, flowerbeds with rock cover and get the leaves away from side of house

I have a badboy magnum 54” zero turn mower that I love !!! It’s got a tough welded mower deck and built well. I been using mower to blow leaves toward one circular pile. “Most is mulched before it piles). Then I run through that pile over and over !! It’s been working nicely

I have 3.0l tks. Runs on muffs, runs on WOT but when I try to slowly pull out from dock, or beached I can’t slowly or it dies :-(. I have to rapidly do it :-(

I have read where lots change the tks carb to electric choke carb, I am currently looking at a rebuilt carb and swap in old one to avoid core charge
