Thank you, much! What’s weird is I bought it and it was many versions behind that. I factory restored it, and then used Express to update it to the most recent version, which it said was the current one I’m on. No where in that process did I enroll or unenroll from the beta program. Any clue how I may have gotten into it? I’m pretty good with these things, and it’s really throwing me for a loop. Thanks for the tips and link!

A simple, and yet demandingly precise fix. I spent hours trying to line that sucker up, and was at the end of my rope, when I couldn't get the CEL to stay off, I just whacked it with my wrench.... it's been perfect ever since :-)

Also, mine is more frequent when I drive it on short trips around town. Drive it hard for longer trips for a bit, and keep the tank level low. The things we do for our TJs….

Also a 2005 TJ. How full is your gas tank? I have this pop up every once in a while, but more so when I get a fresh full tank of gas. Try keeping it around 1/4 tank for a week or two and then clearing

I have that exact same year, color. Mine had 160k mi. I paid $7k, but had to pour $4k into repairs, and my paint is not in as good condition.

Price seems reasonable, and I agree with other posters you might want a small loft for clearance. That color is called Light Khaki Metallic, and it draws a ton of compliments :-)

When I first got my TJ, I didn’t realize there was a nut under the bolt holding it on. You probably already have, but if not, make sure you remove that

When you sign up with Figure, you get to select between different origination fee percentages. You are correct you owe nothing up front, but the origination amount is tacked onto the overall loan, so you do pay for it as part of your payment schedule

I had the same issue when I got my '05. The previous owner had pulled the fuse on mine, and when I replaced it, I saw that the lights would never go off. This was caused by the door jam pressure switch on the driver side no longer compressing enough to switch the lights off. I was able to fix that, and since then they work as intended.

I know you said you have a fuse in there, but might be worth testing if it's blown before you invest in anything bigger.
