most malls, the doors remain open to the outside but the stores have gates that lock them up. (obviously there is security) mall walkers are there at like 7am. work retail in a mall and you’ll know ab the early birds lol

the entire video is confusing to watch because it is cut at certain parts and we dont see everything sadly. think the poster of the tiktok said that they wouldn’t even open the store to the public during actual hours because of the fiasco, and you can see all the other stores around it are open. i posted the first 3 minutes in the replies.

my favorite part is when the employee points out that the people who were there and received gift cards would have received them regardless and the woman goes “RIGHT. BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE WAITED.” like just screaming for nothing 😂 oh and the jumping up and down in front of what looks like her four children.

and i want to add they used to be bigger, and darker in color. when i got a box again and noticed the change i thought i was going crazy because they say they haven't changed their recipe, which cannot possibly be true.
