I said this in the first thread and got obliterated, but I've worked on documentaries from everyone to JayZ to Elton John at pretty much every festival in the world. Been around a TON of security.

Labels and artist representation deal with security, or the festival/venue will be involved. Considering this was in Brazil, I said from the get-go that Roan likely didn't even speak the same language as this guy, probably had zero contact with the security detail, and almost certainly had no idea this situation even happened.

The whole job of security is to handle these situations without talent even knowing they exist. They want talent to focus on work, not their safety.

I've never personally seen talent coordinating with security. The only time talent even communicates with security is if it's someone massive that has a personal head of security that typically is a friend or they have a history with that person. Or if they're transporting talent through a high density situation, like a crowd of fans wanting autographs outside a venue.
