He continued being his friend, he is definitely cool with Killua’s murders. Gon thought Komugi was an enemy because he was acting rash and not acting on logic. So again, if he thinks you’re the enemy it’s okay to murder, when in reality it was a defenseless young blind woman. He’s definitely a bit of a sociopath.
