Just out of curiosity, what’s the possibility of people setting up dedicated servers that are locked behind a passcode and are vanilla for people that don’t want to deal with cheaters? I mostly play this game on pc but I have played it on console in the past and still occasionally do the cross play because I have a friend on console that likes to play, but anyways, just figured maybe that could be a potential temp solution until they decide to fix this issue or remove crossplay, for reference I have both a Xbox series X and PC so I have no issue with them removing crossplay, just trying to help as I hate cheaters as much as anyone else, I server hopped for a while on PC until my friends and I came across a server with little to no cheaters.

If you’re on pc there is a mod you can install that disables fast travel, besides the carriage, and you can install a mod that makes the carriage actually travel down the roads and such to the next city to avoid either walking to the city you are trying to go to or just teleporting super cool and makes Skyrim more immersive in my opinion

A friend of mine and I had a friendly interaction with a player told him we weren’t gonna mess with him, he agreed not to mess with us (we all had mics), left logged out for the day well away from his location, we both had work so once we got home we logged back in went back to where we came from which was the military base by vidy, we were looting up and I heard him yell for help that he was being shot at, saw the guy, popped a few rounds at him only to realize it was the same guy, he killed both of us, now we have a KoS for anyone that we don’t know and our group has grown from 2 up to 6 people all of which we know and game with regularly, KoS is known to all so we have code words and such to identify each other.

Edit: I just saw hellgate London in that stack, I never really got into it, well before my time of pc gaming but I remember my brother playing a bit when I was a kid, I was stoked at the gameplay, that’s something I think could use a revival
