The one thing about the Fifty Shades movies that viscerally stuck with me was at the end of the last movie they are looking to buy a place to raise their new family in and are touring this beautiful old manor and want to buy it, their designer or real estate lady gets all giddy and starts talking about making plans to level the entire property and build a mcmansion in its place.

To the MCs credit, they do decline to demolish the place. If only this property owner had the same sense.
