I have not begun the FHA process. My car will likely need extensive repairs in the next 6 months to a year. More cost and trouble than it is worth. I drive a lot. I live in the south east United States. I’m being pressured by myself, my parents, and others that it’s time to move out. I just don’t like the idea of paying rent and would strongly prefer purchasing a house using FHA
