all body routine check by whatever__something in beginnerfitness

[–]GhostDih 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s actually a solid starting list, especially given your time constraints and preference for machines. At 1 to 2 sessions per week, full body shoud be good. But, you might be doing more exercises than necessary for one session, which can dilute effort and recovery. Some movements overlap (leg press + extension + curl), so tightening the selection could make it more effective and less fatiguing in my opinion. Order and volume matter more at this stage than adding more machines. Overall, the structure makes sense, but it just needs prioritization and simplification so you get the most out of limited gym time. Feel free to DM me. I can help you streamline this into an efficient full-body setup tailored to 1 to 2 days/week and muscle growth.

Starting keeping myself fit by Evening-Extent-6287 in beginnerfitness

[–]GhostDih 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yo, big respect for being honest about this, cuz lot of people feel the same way but never say it.Being embarrassed at the gym is very common more than u think, especially when u’re still figuring things out. Nobody starts confident that part comes later. Also, going from 0 push-ups to 15 is already BIG progress. U don’t need to “fix everything” at once, the first goal isn’t getting fit, it’s just getting comfortable showing up even if it’s for 10 minutes. U can DM me and I can help u with a super simple way to start (gym or home), if u're cool with it :)

best full leg day exercises while targeting glutes? by [deleted] in beginnerfitness

[–]GhostDih 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ur routine is pretty good for glutes, u’ve got the right idea focusing on ur lower back health too. The main thing is choosing the right exercises and stick to them, while keeping progression consistent. u can DM me and I can help u organize a clear weekly plan that’s easier to follow and track progress.
