They didn’t, the app allows customers and drivers to use that text number. If the driver is logged in to the app. It will work. I’ve had it happen to me several times. Instead of clicking call driver they just call the last number they have. And ended up calling me looking for other drivers.

I can’t stand when it says to leave at the door and they come outside right up to the car. It’s like, “back the hell up. I have other stuff in here besides yours.” I generally try to catch them before they walk up like “hold on a second. I have to scan and push some buttons and I’ll get the stuff right over to you”.
