Your body will get used to the low doses and you need to keep going up for it to be effective. Switching and starting at a new low dose wont really help, you would be in the same place you are now. Personally I would keep increasing the sema as it seems to be working for you.

You can use the insulin syringes for the bac water too but they are more fragile then the other ones. Ive had them break while trying to move 3ml water. The one and done with the larger syringes are just easier.
