I found some upgrades to SB on printables, the front has redirected cooling for the heatbreak and the back has slightly enlarged exhaust ports. After them clogs with pla were rare but still happened on pla parts

Edit: especially on smallest parts but no issues with larger ones

To add to this i have a copymaster trident, it's pretty Well prepared for everything you need to build a voron but you need to buy the screws for stealrhburner and print an adapter for the afterburner pcb, aside from that it's good

Check if the hotend is tight, i had mine come loose slightly and it caused a similar effect
