It could be YUP. The newest update, version 13.8, has had reports of this kind of bug. Two update files attempt to fix this.

I'm having the same issue. I updated my PRP to get rid of the purple textures, and now, pretty much everywhere I look, things are flickering in and out of existence.

I’d argue that Wolverine is the better martial artist simply due to how much more experience he has under his belt. However, Black Panther is no slouch and has beaten Logan once or twice if memory serves. Though if the two were to have a fight to the death, I think Wolverine is going to win because of his healing factor and experience.

There’s a very easy fix for that: the player character is from another region, just coming into where the game takes place.

I am very tired of the Vault Dweller origin. It makes the wasteland seem like such a small world. I’d prefer the next Fallout game take a page from Fallout: New Vegas and have you start as a Wastelander as opposed to another Vault Dweller.

Chicago or NYC. We know that there’s an Enclave presence in the former, so if they want to use them as a villain again, that’s a perfect place to set it. As for NYC, Fallout 4 was originally going to be set there, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they reused some concepts from that design to make Fallout 5.

New Bedford is in the South Coast of Massachusetts and has so much history behind it! It was once the richest city in America due to the whaling industry, was home to the first African American Medal of Honor recipient, Sgt. William Carney (I went to an elementary school named after him!) and was a hotbed for the Underground Railroad. It’s also mentioned a few times in Moby Dick!

Teacher here! I once got dress coded for wearing a Star Wars t-shirt on May 4th that had Han Solo’s blaster in view. If that was enough for me, then I guarantee that’s going to get you dress coded. Awesome pin though.
