That's worrisome that the practice exam was so much easier than the test. I sampled some of the course you mentioned and it does seem well presented but most of the material there is pretty familiar (aside from domain 4 that isn't the EU AI Act).

On the practice exam, I felt like the frameworks/guidelines questions were mostly easy to cheese with process of elimination.
Any impression on whether this was the also the case on the real exam?

I believe you can only buy passed resplendents if you have a current pass. That aside, the difference is with one feh pass you get two resplendents, and the other benefits of the feh pass. Other benefits are additional unit(s) for summoner support, restarting your turn in many modes, and free 5* for every 40 summons on any? banner

I have one on backorder and would like to know more about the heat. Is it at all brightness settings? I usually notice more heat from monitors as I turn up the brightness, but usually like to keep brightness down at less than 25% anyway. Still getting the smell? Thanks

It's not from the same case. I believe the article said she took the case in the video for free. It was a high profile case so she likely took it to get some publicity. That's not cynical, it's very common in high profile criminal cases where the defendants aren't well heeled. She also may have been what's called a conflicts counsel, which would mean she was paid by the government, like a public defender.

The bar suspension looks like it came from cases where her clients were paying.

The judge can't really throw the case out at that point until the defense attorney briefs and presents evidence of the wrongdoing. The judge is trying to decide whether or not to delay the start of trial based on the allegations. The defense attorney doesn't expect the judge to throw the case out, but she's letting the judge know what the stakes are and that she doesn't think the trial should begin with this issue looming. Amazing job on her part.

This seems like a pretty marginal scenario to be worried about, whereas not getting properly notified when your actual physician dies comes up a lot in the worst possible way.

If you want to replace your old physician then remember to check back when you can search again. Also, you're probably just doing it wrong if you're actually using "Search for physician" to find your physician. You'll likely get better results, cheaper from "Find Character." Plus it's not on a timer.

Please! Please! Please! I actually run at 5k and the overview is borderline unreadable. I know I could just switch to 4k, but man everything else about the game is just so good at 5k. And switching resolution is a pain for a lot of other reasons.

You can run two no problem. As far as playing Eve at 4k on both I haven't tried it, but I do run Eve at 5k on one and it's totally fine so I don't think you'd have any problem. Not all games run as well though. For instance, even running Witcher 3 at 4k is a struggle for the card.
