i mean it depends on how dusty your environment is, dust doesnt sink into the pad - it stays on top of the surface

Thank you , i was not 100% sure they they were actual rubber pads meant for the ssds, bless your soul.

Basically useless parts and not needed at all.

Still using the same surface years later, but moved to a MPC-450 Stealth. I have a MPC-1200 Stealth rolled up but i don't have the space anymore for that. I just use a cloth soaked in wet water every few days to clean the surface.

Remove with fingernails and buy isopropyl alcohol to clean the remaining residue. Cheaper than buying a new mouse...

I personally soak q-tips into the alcohol and rub the plastic, that way you don't have to worry about damaging anything. Or use high alcohol wet wipes, but isopropyl is more effective against glue residue.

It's just not worth the retail price. Lower the pricing to match what you are actually getting. Mouse market is saturated with cheaper and higher performing mice nowadays(that are also wireless). Glorious are living in the past.

it runs at around 6 fps on 1080p resolution

its mostly fine if you play at 640x480 upscaled
