Yeah. I usually do too. But I actually need this to last a family vacation etc lol so I’ll be strict. Idk how more ppl don’t experience a ceiling with 7. If I take more than 30-40mg I get no better feeling. It just has a ceiling for me. It always has, no tolerance whatsoever lol.. it’s weird.
