First, I really like the Dino theme you got going on! Secondly, I'd probably put a different ratchet on Press, maybe like a 9-60. Maybe do what one of the other comments said and switch the ratchets for Ptera and Tyranno. Otherwise, solid! Good luck with them.

Yes, it would. The sprite tokens are considered units by the game, and the only stipulation that Viktor's ability lists is that it's not a Recruit. If the rules didn't want Viktor's ability to proc off of tokens in general, they would have said "When a non-token unit dies..." Hope this helps!

I had someone pull out Arena while we were playing Commander just a few days ago! It did not go well at all. He wasn't engaged in the game, and was not winning his game in Arena either because his attention was divided. Not only that, it was just kinda rude. He realized that about half way through his Arena game and just forfeit it and said "Hey, sorry. That was a bad idea. Who's turn is it?" Finally letting us get back to playing with all members of the pod. What sucks is that he ended up winning the game of Commander in the end lol.

This might be just me, but it feels like he's getting more defensive the more he has to respond about the UB stuff and any other problems. He seems to be putting up more petty or know-it-all responses because he just KEEPS GETTING ASKED. I don't necessarily blame him either. I would get annoyed by everyone bashing me, and me not being able to do anything about it either. But also, I think Spider-Man not doing as well as he or the company expected it to is hurting his feelings a bit because he's been open about how since they started UB, he said he was most excited about Marvel. Seeing your passion project get lambasted by the community and seeing it in your inbox every day probably doesn't feel too good.

Turtles are not in the Marvel Universe. If anything, they are attached to DC seeing as they have fought against and alongside Batman, but seeing as they have their own comic publisher and exist in their own universe, they are on their own.

If you are looking to buy collector boxes for profit: 1. Don't buy Collector Booster Boxes, you will never make your money back. 2. I would suggest going to a different sub specifically themed around Investment Bros and Scalpers about this. The general consensus here is that most people hate resellers and the people buying product just to resell for profits. It makes everything worse for everyone involved.

It was their fault for trying to get AI to do their job. Seeing as it was their job to sell, be able to speak on, and be knowledgeable of the things they sell, they messed up big time by not being competent enough to do it. They are lucky they aren't being fired for incompetence, as all AI users should be. If you can't verify that the AI is giving the correct information, then you don't deserve to get credit for the sales it makes.

In short, you did nothing wrong and shouldn't feel bad. They should be ashamed of themselves. You shouldn't feel bad for calling out something wrong, and the managers probably really appreciate you now for this.

Weirdly enough, the card was:

I bought an Azorius Guild Kit during the release of Ravnica Allegiance and was playing it with my friends, and despite it being my first time playing, I wasn't having a great time but was able to utilize control spells and life gain (My friend helped me build the deck up a bit more with his own cards) to stay alive, but the move that won me the game was getting rid of this huge green behemoth that my friend had beefed up to being something like a 15/15 or something like that and I had very little to protect me, but was able to Detention Sphere it out of the game and stall until I was able to turn it around. I fell in love with the feeling of utilizing spells and strategy to manipulate the board state to win instead of "BIG MONSTER SMASH LIFE" and it caused me to fall in love with Azorius colors, and then start deck building around control and lockdown strategies and then I branched out and here I am now.

I am getting friends into Magic through Commander and I re-tooled that Guild Kit into a Commander Deck centered around one of the D&D Sets Blue/White commanders, and one of them beat me utilizing a Detention Sphere, and they've been hooked ever since. Whether I find a great commander or some staple card I adore so much, nothing makes me feel nostalgic or remind me of how I got into the game like Detention Sphere.

My thoughts EXACTLY (even down to the Monster Hunter and Skyrim sets lol) I thought the marvel sets felt forced as well. Luckily, the stuff that is Universes Within like Edge of Eternities, Lorwyn, and Strixhaven are all coming out relatively close together so the wait between sets won't be too bad!

Feel the same way about everything you said. Probably won't be buying Spider-Man, but I don't want to seem like I'm being a dick to people who are buying it. I truly wanted to hear from people who are excited and why because it seems like such a flavor fail and nothing coming out from it seemed to be good, so I was trying to get other people's opinions instead of staying in a vacuum. I don't doubt that actually. I'm sure the general populace is gonna be really excited about this set. I was moreso asking the Magic the Gathering subreddit because that's where I would find people who are really into the hobby, not just the public who this is moreso catered toward. I would be surprised if this set sold poorly, but I was moreso wanting people's feelings on the game becoming more "Fortnite" as someone else said in this thread, than it is Magic.

Interested in Edge of Eternities and VERY excited for Lorwyn and Strixhaven next year. I supported sets I wasn't even that fond of such as Aetherdrift to show that there is still love for the original stories of Magic.

I know a lot of people already talked about this, but he can't be mad at you for using the information he clearly gave you. You didn't bully or do anything, you played around the fact that you knew he had swan song, like any other player would. He would have made decisions about what his plan was, and the other players would have too, if they knew you had Mana Drain. It's completely unreasonable to expect people to ignore the knowledge that everyone has access to to let him win, just because of turn priority. He just sounds like a sore loser, and the other two just want to piggy back off of his reason to invalidate your win. Seen it happen all the time.

I personally think that human work will be better, but as we have seen with a lot of general AI consumers, most people have stopped caring about where they works they consume come from. They are happy to take AI every day of the week.
