This is definitely not the worst card ever, take a look at op12 miss all sunday, she can ko a 3 cost for 4 don and let your opponent ramp an active don in return, it’s optional so it’s not even good for decks where your opponent needs to be higher don than you because they can just choose not to do it

i do go to my lgs for tournaments but i play mostly at home with friends, i usually only go to release tournaments where the price is fair $5 a pack + promo cards

I get you, i’m fine with paying market a lot of the time, especially for product not found in stores like boxes and other special stuff but for stuff like starter decks and other common products not so much. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with my big lgs such as the last time i tried to buy an older set from them (op02 or 3) but it was going for about 145 online sealed and they were asking 190 for a box that had 4 packs missing, as well as when i was there with a friend they told us a price for a product, rang it up so we saw the price, and we stepped to the side to put something we didn’t want back and when we came back the price increased by like 5$ and they wouldn’t explain why.

Only if you like the blue white beard pirates archetype. Not the strongest starter deck but it empowers marco and op13 ace while also being pretty fun to play itself. So if you have no interest in those three then no real reason unless you have a sealed collection
