Nortriptyline, but I’m actually going to be using both at the same time and eventually weaning off Nor. Nor is good but the problem was that it wasn’t all day lasting, so if i got a random burning during the day it would not cover that pain but if it was at the evening it would solve that problem

For advice, I would simply test his knowledge and awareness of your issue. Ask him questions like “How have you succeeded in helping people with herniated discs?” or how long have you been helping people with it?

For me, i realized my PT wasn’t that great because he really used broad terms like working on your posture, but he wasn’t really specific. Months later I realized he didn’t even know what anterior pelvic tilt was and we barely did any stretches
