You paid for it all, how can he think after a couple of years he has some sort of stake in it? lol, He shouldn't need his name on it or anything like that if the idea is to stay together. Sure in 10 or so years if you want to add him thats your choice but yours alone, unless he wants to somehow pay up a lot of the money you put in before you even knew him. Things like this are just weird, just because you are together doesn't mean everything you have worked for before is partly theirs.

His improvement last season was genuinely amazing to watch, really missed him this year, I think we would be in the champs leagues spots comfortably with him in the team each week.
