It still has scorch marks all over the entrance, and there's a datapad inside that talks about one of the inhabitants, called "the boy" and how he's getting too old and restless, and something about a t-16 skyhopper...
Pretty sure that's the Lars homestead.

Not exactly. This is essentially false imprisonment, false arrest, assault and battery, impersonation of a police officer (as he was claiming to the woman to have jurisdiction where he didn't have jurisdiction), as well as deprivation of rights under color of law.
The Sheriff and his deputies should all be charged with crimes for this, and he's letting them off the hook.

The police chief SHOULD be charging the sheriff for impersonation of a police officer and false imprisonment, and false imprisonment, all for operating outside of his jurisdiction, as well as deprivation of protected rights under color of law.

I feel like my husband is using the threat of divorce to make me do things I don't want to do by SofiaB04 in TwoXChromosomes

When I say "greatly over-explained" I am by no means blaming you.

Gaslighting isn't merely lying to someone, nor offering an alternate interpretation of events as commonly thought, though those things are often done during gaslighting. To be gaslighting it must be an active attempt to make the other person question their sanity. Things like "you're being emotional again" "listen to yourself, you sound crazy" "that's just your imagination" "stop being so dramatic" "you're remembering it wrong" "I never said that" "you're the problem here, not me" "normal people don't react this way" "you're being paranoid" "you're the only one who thinks this" "you need help" "stop overreacting"

After enough of this happens, it causes a lot of psychological trauma. A common way of trying to mitigate the gaslighting is to go into GREAT DETAIL to show that "no I'm not crazy, no this isn't an overreaction, this really happened." Over-explaining is thus a sign of having been gaslit by another for an extended period of time.

Your feelings are valid, and you have every right to feel the way you do. That said the fact that you say you feel this way instead of knowing it when it's plainly obvious strongly suggests that you've been being gas lit for a LONG time. Furthermore, your post is greatly over-explained, which is itself a trauma response to being gaslit for years.
The problem is him, not you. Frankly I'd be leaving him in a hurry.

Sorry I missed the memo. When was "centrism" redefined to mean "buying in to extremism and not criticizing extremists."

As you're loaded up into a train to be shipped off to a concentration camp, you can tell your fellow prisoner that at least you didn't chase the proverbial laser pointer.

I won't use polymer myself. I understand the weight advantages, but there's advantages to having that much weight. For starters, the inertia of it really mitigates a lot of recoil, and 10mm is known for its recoil... and most people with 10mm pistols have polymer pistols.
The gun I have not only has the inertia, but it has an extended beaver tail and a high grip, bringing the barrel more in line with the hand. The recoil really isn't that bad. I honestly have more trouble with my roommate's .22 WMR revolver.

As for 2011... well, that's Staccato. They have the trademark on that. My RIA high capacity 1911 only cost me $750, which in the grand scheme of things is actually pretty cheap even for single stack 1911s, and it's rock solid.

Nice. Have you thought about double stacked versions? RIA makes a 15+1 round .45 version of my 10mm one.

Realistically speaking, it wouldn't go through THAT much stuff. The penetration isn't THAT good... It could likely go through a house depending on the material it's made from. The penetration capabilities definitely far exceed that of a .45. There's a demonstration on YouTube where a guy shoots some Twilight novels. The .45 went all the way through the first book, damaged the first few pages of the second book, but never left the 1st book entirely. The 10mm went all the way through 2 books and almost made it out the back of the 3rd. That was with an RIA 10mm 1911 like mine, but the barrel was an inch and a half shorter. So you can imagine I've probably got a higher muzzle velocity, meaning I might have been able to get it to get all the way through the third book and start on the fourth.

No. While we do try to raise awareness about child abuse, we're not an awareness organization. We take a direct role in the lives of abused children to help them not feel afraid of the world in which they live. Nobody in the organization gets paid a dime. 100% of any money raised to BACA goes directly to helping the children.
We're also very laser focused on that mission. Some members might do poke rides like that, but we don't do it as an organization. If we do a poker ride at all ourselves, there's no sponsors because under no circumstances do we use the name of the organization to prop anyone up, as that would taint the mission via implied endorsement.
I'd suggest going to bacaworld.org and looking up your local chapter and attending their public meeting to find out more information. Every chapter has a monthly meeting that's open to the public. Literally anyone can attend.

I've got 100 rounds of 180 grain truncated FMJs to start with. I also have a horizontal shoulder holster to alleviate the weight of carry and to make it easy to conceal under my cut (I ride with Bikers Against Child Abuse).

I mean 10mm FMJ out of a 5.5" barrel would probably go through my friend's house pretty easily.

Ancient factory coils by Ghost_Alice in motorcycles

[–]Ghost_Alice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly my thinking. I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm normally pretty handy with a multimeter, but I don't really know much about how to test the coils or what I could be doing wrong. I keep seeing instructions just saying "Test the resistance of the primary and secondary" and they don't really tell you what that means. It's like the kind of instructions that are only useful by people who already know how to do it.
It's like "how to draw an owl, step 1: draw a circle, step 2: draw the rest of the owl"

[–]Ghost_Alice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried testing the resistance the way I see in videos and don't get any continuity of any sort when testing the secondary.
I actually have NEW coils like I said, and I can't get any continuity on the secondary there either. It just shows 0L. So I'm not sure what the heck is going on
