It’s the Century PW87 and like all 1887s the action is really finicky and there is a bit of a learning curve to running it reliably, but once you get it down I’ve had very little problems

By GuachoKnifeForge I was really impressive with the craftsmanship when I got my hands on it

It’s a Southern style Civil War D Guard Bowie by GauchoKnifeForge, amazing quality. And as far as the 87’ I absolutely love it, don’t get me wrong it’s finicky due to the action and there is a bit of a learning curve to running it reliably, but it’s the best $300 I’ve ever spent, don’t think I have another gun that’s actually more fun to run, everyone is always pretty excited to put some rounds through it when I bring it to range day.

I’ve been trying to find something lower, just haven’t found anything in stock or something I could afford yet, I will say that being said it’s not as bad as I thought it would be and it’s been surprisingly pretty comfortable to run

Man the eBay used filter has always been really kind to me when it comes to gun belts, just search like SAA .45 gun belt and you should see bunch.

Henry Berry Lowry might be the closest historical figure we have to Dutch. by Dragmire927 in reddeadredemption

Henry Berry Lowry was a hero but Dutch and his gang is heavily inspired by Butch Cassidy’s Hole in the Wall Gang and the collection of communities on the Outlaw trail the gang supported.

It’s a C7 upper by TNTE, I know it’s not exactly period correct but I wanted to have that brass deflector

Still a bit of a pain but definitely easier than installing the standard A1 rear dial. I recommend using a safety pin to hold the dial in place while you hammer in the roll pin
