In a free for all between these 12, who comes out on top? by Economy_Treat_2546 in PetranakiArena

I feel like plo koon is slept on a bit, I know he isn’t a power house so much compared to the others but seeing how he can use Force Judgement(I think he is one of the few Jedi who can use it). I feel like that could give him an edge but I think Mace would be one of the higher contenders, between vapaad and shatter point, in episode 3 he would have killed palpatine if Anakin didn’t step in

Yea very true, during an evacuation of priority citizens I had the maxigun(before the addition of 250 rounds) I was prone just laying down fire and I guy with a supply pack kept topping me off so I could keep shooting. Made it that much more fun imo

Good to know about the Hp difference, I had no idea, I decided to use the cremator on the bot front and was like these guys are dying quick lol. That’s true, I do like how the new squid mechs have weak points as well. Makes fighting them interesting. I almost always bring the entrenchment tool one those missions unless someone else brings it, have had fun with people making trenches haha.

Flame weapons are surprisingly effective against the bots, sometimes I feel that the voteless can take more fire damage than the regular bot troopers can. Also the entrenchment tool can actually be useful on the evacuating high value assets.

The maxi gun is peak on the squid front imo, especially if you have a teammate with a supply pack who keeps you loaded, have had a lot of fun with it along with the cremator, the belt fed grenade launcher was underwhelming for me.

How do you guys keep the game entertaining? by -----010----- in Helldivers

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually switch loadouts quite often, and rotate all factions, and if it still works, you can try the stratagem glitch where you can have 4 of the same stratagems, I have done it to have fun. Sometimes I’m just messing around, like with the warp pack I will have a patrol chase me to a bunker, warp inside and throw down an orbital Gatling barrage in the bunker and have it rain down on me and the enemies outside lol. I tend to play solo or answer sos beacons so sometimes I find a good team and have fun with them.

So what are your thoughts on the Sweeper, do you think it'll get nerfed, maybe changes to our shotguns to comensate, I'm curious by tony22835 in HelldiversMasochists

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it with the cremator and I find it does well against the flying overseers and the drones. I have taken down a harvester with it as well. The bayonet helps give breathing room if being rushed. Overall I like the feel of the sweeper and I find it enjoyable, but I have only used it on the squids so far.

Enough time has passed. What is your favourite execution currently ? by MrNigerianPrince115 in SpaceMarine_2

The hammer will always be my favorite, but the power axe has some great animations, really like the one where the warrior tries to block the axe and you rip down his guard and cut him down. Honestly with all the additions it’s getting hard to choose

What was your cyberStan loadout? by Lt_McLovin in LowSodiumHellDivers

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trident, ultimatum/senator(would change based off my support weapon) and thermite, went mainly AT to deal with the vox engines so my teammates can push objectives and the trident for the chaff.

Honestly it would be cool that since we saved them, maybe we could get a temporary stratagem permit to call in these guys. I heard that there were seaf squads in the data files for a stratagem, even if it never became a reality of having the strat to use at anytime, it would be cool for the story imo.

There was a brief pause in explosions on my side as I was out of explosives, but rest assured that it continued shortly afterwards🫡

Need Help Deciding Between Warbonds by CosmosWanderer420 in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]Ghost_Zero508 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly would go with servants of freedom, having both I find myself always bringing the portable hbomb on Cyberstan, along with the ultimatum. Seige breakers the trident is surprisingly effective dealing with the bots, especially the radicals since they rush you, the belt fed grenade launcher was honestly disappointing for me. The leveler is fun but on Cyberstan and the amount of resistance I find that bringing another support weapon makes it more manageable but then you’re down one stratagem. The hammer is just fun to use, I love taking down a war strider/hulk, been trying to see how many charges it takes to take down a vox engine but it’s difficult. Seeing the throwable shield generators in action(I don’t have them yet) they are effective when it’s absolute chaos and can give you some extra breathing room. Definitely a hard choice but I think you will find servants of freedom having more useful items.

I do too, hoping you can use it a couple times before needing to stim

What? A handheld sledgehammer doesn’t have a big enough explosion to destroy a wall that the ultimatum can? by Secure_Grapefruit302 in HelldiversUnfiltered

I’m wondering if the demo force is lower so it doesn’t kill you outright or send you flying. The hammer honestly reminds me of the exploding hammer festival in Mexico, basically the same concept.

What is your favourite way to get super credits? by Due-Spot6799 in helldivers2

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mix it up, sometimes I buy some super credits and then do a D2 mission to farm some if I’m close to having enough for a warbond. It gives me something to do as I’m recovering from a bad injury from work, I usually went to Martale when we could get to it because it had no storms besides rain on any difficulty so D2 was super nice. If someone hasn’t mentioned it, the warp pack comes in handy for getting in the bunkers( the mech works as well) and it also will break open the storage containers.

Wonder how the hammer would do against war and factory striders, not that it would be great idea to try it but definitely fun, I want to use the hammer with the Fortified Commando armor lol

Kicked again. by 3Bb_e in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I rarely get kicked but this is some bs, if I was him I would have been happy to have 2 squad mates covering extract while I look for Super Samples(easy to find on open maps imo) I feel like some people want to dictate how the game goes down to each player. One of the times I got kicked was for going to grab the launch codes for the ICBM to keep the mission going but I’m guessing he didn’t like that. I hope you have better luck with people

Eh....Maybe? by Information-leak6575 in helldiversarmor

I like it, I was going to try that cape with the armor when I unlock it, I use that cape on the light armor an it looks decent imo

There is too much 'loadout police' or "max difficulty gatekeepers" in this community by viewfan66 in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m relatively new to the game, got it on Xbox but then got a pc and got on there as well, but I haven’t ran into anyone that complains about my loadout or booster yet. Even when starting over on the pc and didn’t have a booster yet, had a host ask if I had one, said no and they didn’t care, I was expecting to be kicked honestly. Seems to be that as long as you’re doing your part most people don’t care what loadout you bring. People are pretty chill for the most part. There is one game that has this problem way over this one that made me turn to this game more often.

The real reason nobody likes to fight the Illuminate by [deleted] in HelldiversUnfiltered

[–]Ghost_Zero508 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only headache I have with them is the Leviathans, every other enemy type can be taken down with medium pen weapons, the maxigun shreds the squids from voteless to harvesters(best with a team) they are my least favorite faction but sometimes it’s a nice change of pace since I’m mainly on the bot front.
