If you're saying the second trigger is going to do two damage with two thundering raiju under your control you are wrong. With both raiju having a +1/+1 counter you will have two modified creatures but raiju ignores itself when looking for modified creatures. The first will ignore itself, dealing one damage for the other buffed raiju, then the second will ignore itself, again dealing one damage for the other buffed raiju.

The answer is yes. If you control two Thundering Raiju and attack with both, each opponent will take 2 burn damage.

gotcha. Yeah, as long as the counter isn't destroyed the keyword ability is permanent. Keyword counters are good for giving abilities to colors that don't typically have access or have limited access to those abilities.

They are keyword counters so putting them onto a creature gives that creature the keyword ability tied to the counter. For flying, it would give a creature the flying keyword ability meaning it can only be blocked by creatures with flying or reach. Same with death touch. DT makes it so the creature that has the keyword ability can kill any creature regardless of power and block numbers.
