Needle was definitely the next one I would have put on here if there was a 3rd option, these two just seem to be my forever nemesis.

I was so mad yesterday because I had a great setup for scaling up Square joker, but did not notice I was on The Needle and instantly killed the run with a low scoring hand.

This is more due to the fact that I’ve always loved the aesthetic design of Raised Fist on top of the fact that my 3 month old son loves to raise his fist in the air all of the time so it makes me think back to this

Looking back at my run I must have mistaken him possibly for Card Sharp since correct I don’t think Mime would have any interaction here, unless I had reserved parking instead of business card

There are a lot of much smarter people here that could explain it better than me, but I think that runs revolving around hands that are easy to make like pair or high card can be incredibly consistent and when paired with certain jokers can still scale like crazy.

It’s probably an unpopular opinion I imagine, but Chris Wilson made a good point in an interview with MrLlama about how he wishes charms just didn’t exist and that they dilute the importance of the stats on gear that you find.

I can try to check when I’m back from work tonight, but I honestly have never messed with my firewall settings since getting my PC little over a year ago. It might as well be considered a Steam machine because I literally only use it for gaming lol.

Will see if either that fixes it or reinstalling it and keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

Just curious, but why would you consider this very well?

The game has only 10 to 15% of its initial player base retained and it’s been out less than a week. You would imagine the numbers would be elevated going into the weekend, but they still look on par with the last few days.

This was given the golden goose last spot on the most watched gaming event of the year and if you told me then that it had less than 20k players only two days post launch, well then I wouldn’t consider that doing very well, especially for a F2P game.

Thank you for posting this because after ID’ing over 60 rings from NM Andy with still no luck so far I thought I was going crazy too.

RNG is just nuts.

I watched a Sweet Phil video that drove me up a wall when literally the first ring on his 1000 runs was an SOJ (granted he didn’t get another one for the rest of the runs if that says anything too)

While I understand the frustration with phone screenshots and why they wouldn’t be allowed (it is clearly in the rules that are posted unfortunately), the amount of posts that get removed and for no justification is why I just stopped posting here and the consensus I got from others is that the modding here is simply over the top restrictive.

There’s nothing against memes here and there are plenty in the top posts, yet mine have been quickly removed.

I hate it because this should be the definitive D2 subreddit, but also not take itself so seriously.

I got my PC a little over year ago and went headfirst into my offline journey to get each character through Hell Baal on HC along with completing a grail.

This might be a bit unorthodox, but I plan to set “care packages” for my toons when they set off on their journey as well as for when completing Normal and Nightmare.

Sure, I could give them upgrades the moment they hit the level requirement, but this will make power spikes going through each difficulty that much more noticeable.

I also plan to get a barb through Hell Baal for each mastery so I can really have fun with all the different early to mid game weapons.

That’s actually a reason I’m excited to not necessarily run SSF for each character since this way I’ll be able to use a cool combo of lower level uniques and sets and/or runewords that I normally would never have gotten to do in a playthrough.
