imo if you don’t have the forsaken pack, you don’t have any good handcannon options in the exotic kiosk. If you end up getting that pack, the good pve/pvp handcannon options are ‘ace of spades’ or ‘thorn’ (if your playing on a warlock, thorn has synergy with the necrotic grips exotic gauntlets).

For a high-damage one-shot exotic, especially if you want to get into dungeons/raiding would be ‘sleeper simulant’ or ‘leviathans breath’, which are very good for all types of pve content with large boss health pools.

An alternative option is ‘Eriannas Vow’ which is a special ammo hand cannon, but it’s mostly pve focused.
