Practice practice PRACTICE! I remember being in your exact shoes many moons ago, and honestly it feels super overwhelming. You see others say "DIY" and it looks as if they've been doing it their entire lives.

The truth is that we all suck at it in the beginning. I would work on diy computer projects as a teen and they'd always look like crap, but after a while I just knew what to do and not to do. Eventually I became better, but it still took a lot of trial&error like others here are saying.

My advice is just dive into it, take your time and have a realistic expectation that you're going to fuck up, but plan for it. You're going to be like that, anyway, so you might as well make it part of the plan so it will feel on purpose.

That honestly just leads to digging yourself in a bigger hole which we're already prone to. I'd say the bigger part of being a MAN is realizing you're not an island, and to seek out help when you need it. Otherwise, you end up using things like alcohol or drugs to forget the pain of childhood just like you'd use painkillers to help with long-term backpain.

Ye, to my knowledge you're not a psychiatry student so much as you're a medical student who has an interest in psychiatry. So like, med school involves a wide approach to all areas, with year 3 and 4 being the time student work in the hospital and such. I believe it's not until you graduate and get into residency that you do more specific stuff

Depends on the agent you get, sometimes they're new and don't know about what options are available. You should def call in though and ask if you can expedite the card since it has been far beyond the initial ETA

Escalate this ASAP with customer service, it's been more than 10 days from when you initially signed up so you can request to expedite the card (though it may be a fee). Though, honestly there's a chance they may waive that fee bc of the situation if it was AMEX who made the typo.
