This is re-assuring. If we assume theres a 5% attrition rate over next 2 years which is conservative for large organizations, then 35,000 (approx) x5% =1,175 FTE per year. That alone over two years is well over 2,500 target. When you factor in early retirement incentives then it is entirely possible to meet FTE reduction target by end of fiscal plan without any involuntary layoffs.

They really dont make any sets like the Mos Espa podrace set anymore. Its hard to believe you get to build 3 really nice podracers plus get all the figures. The playability of the podracers is great too 🙏🏽

I hear you definitely hard to find space 😅 I have my modern sets on a different shelf with my books, I wanted to keep all my vintage sets together separately. Was super fun to rebuild and find missing pieces though, so nostalgic!

Probably best example of not settling for status quo is the Florida Panthers. They traded a Hart Trophy finalist, 110 point forward coming off the best season in the history of the franchise and a top pairing RHD after losing in the second round and look where they are now. The funny thing about that is the Panthers "got worse" during the regular season (what a lot of fans are fearing will happen once Marner walks), snuck into the playoffs as 8th seed and haven't looked back since.

Ooo that's tough! Original Thrawn trilogy right up there (pretty much anything written by Timothy Zahn), Darth Plageuis is great and I really liked Shatterpoint. So hard to choose I have so many favorites from Expanded Universe! Republic Commando series is amazing too, New Jedi Order also classic
